Metal Safety Rulers are essential when cutting strips of sheet with a sharp knife.
Safety Point! They should be used together with a Cutting Mat for safety when cutting with a Craft Knife or Scalpel.
There are a number of different designs but all offer some protection to the fingers by shielding them from the knife blade.
