Self-healing cutting mats are really essential when cutting thin sheets with sharp knives. They protect the surface underneath and, being non-slip, they help safe control of the knife.
Safety Point! Use together with a metal Safety Ruler when cutting sheets with a Craft Knife or Scalpel.
