Description
Bench Shears and Guillotines can be fixed to a bench and used to cut thicker gauge materials.
Features and Applications
Conventional Shears are based on a scissor action which leaves one part of the material distorted but a Notcher progressively blanks out a thin strip of material while leaving both sections undistorted. The notch, or thin and undistorted slot produced, can itself be a useful sheet metal outcome.
Bench Guillotines can cut sheet with minimum distortion of the cut pieces. Small Bench Guillotines can be used accurately to cut pcb board for example.
