Shoebox lid

This package forms a lid for many types of base - typically shoeboxes, many computer software boxes. Two of these lids (one slightly smaller than the other) can form a box in their own right.

The package is usually glued into shape with the corner tabs, although sometimes artwork in the form of a stick on wrap is used to hold the lid in shape.
