Gift Bag

A carry bag design, often used for small gifts and presents, which folds flat when not in use.

A suitably attractive version of the bag can be made by using good quality gift wrapping paper.

A decorative piece of cord is threaded through the holes along the top of the bag to act as a carry handle and also as a bag closure.

The holes can be punched through all layers at once after the bag has been folded and glued together.

A piece of card placed in the bottom of the bag helps to maintain its shape and increases its strength.
